So how exactly does this work?

Great question! I too like to know what the plan is. Here’s how simple it is:

1. Fill out the order form (You can do that right here. No payment needed!).
2. Receive a response from me + place your deposit.
3. Follow the step-by-step instructions to submit your items (this is as easy as a few taps on your phone).
4. Pay final amount + receive your videos (with an additional free guide on Accessing Your Videos, Saving Your Videos + Protecting Your Videos).
5. Enjoy watching happy memories with your family + rest easy knowing it’s done and your memories are safe.

What is the investment?

Great question! There are different bundle options based on how many videos you’re looking to do. You can find closer estimates by filling out the order form. (No payment needed!)

Short videos start at $129. On average, for a full year’s worth of videos, the final price is between $299-$499—depending on the add-ons of your choice. (I do offer additional savings if you want to get caught up on multiple years!). The deposit and final amounts will be listed in the email you receive from me after filling out your order form.

What if I’m not great with technology?

That’s why I’m here for you. The process on your end is as simple as adding your videos to a shared iPhone (or Google Photos) album. Truly, that’s it! You’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a simple video tutorial that walks you through exactly what to do. And you can always reach me for additional help or questions.

How do we watch the videos once we get them back?

There are a few options for you, based on your preferences and current technology set up. Options such as: casting to your TV straight from your phone, using your laptop or computer, or using a keepsake wooden flashdrive. Full instructions and guidance will come in the free guide on Accessing Your Videos, Saving Your Videos + Protecting Your Videos.

What if I’d like to create this as a gift for someone special?

Amazing! That just shows how thoughtful you are. I’m in full support of an intentional (and out-of-the-box gift) and am always down to help coordinate a surprise. Add a message in the order form and we can coordinate together. And consider adding a dedication message as an extra special touch too!

Can I add anything special (dedication, captions, music, etc.) to my video?

I like your style. The answer is yes! There are a number of additional add-ons you can choose from. You’ll simply select these when you fill out the order form.

> Extra Captions + Titles (ex: “Cole’s 8th Birthday Party” or “sister meets brother for the first time”).
> Dedication + Message (ex: “In Memory of…” + Option to Add a Personal Video Message).
> Keepsake Wooden Flash Drive (with video files included) (perfect for wrapping up as a gift!).
> Back Up Keepsake Wooden Flash Drive (with video files included).
> Custom set up of personalized “Netflix” software for simple streaming.

A note on music: Due to copyright law, no mainstream music is available. This allows you the ability to play your video in multiple online locations, should you choose. You can request a “cinema style” video which includes a soundtrack from a curated list. Just note the “CINEMA” style videos will not be available for the holidays due to timing.
